Annabel Sheron

Annabel Sheron is currently a senior engineering manager with Perspecta, providing mission services, digital transformation, and enterprise operations to our U.S. Government customers in defense, intelligence, civilian, health care, and State and local markets. Annabel has over 30 years of service in the federal government and retired from the Central Intelligence Agency as an executive leader with demonstrated experience leading and transforming organizations. Throughout her career, she has experience in open source and HUMINT collection. As the Agency’s Senior Language Authority, she led and closed out a foreign language initiative that increased foreign language capacity by 34%, developed foreign language policy, and oversaw foreign language education for employees. In her last assignment, she served as the Year 3 Implementation Lead for the Director’s Diversity in Leadership Study. Her professional career also includes two tours overseas in the East Asia region.

She holds a degree in political science from Duke University. She is a proud alum of two LEAP leadership programs (LEAP Pathways and LEAP Exceed) and serves as a mentor in the Women in NAAAP mentoring program for the DC chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals.
