Jeff Hong

Jeff Hong is the Director at LEAP. Jeff has extensive experience in business development and management consulting. Jeff has worked with clients across a variety of industries on projects including market entry strategy, digital marketing, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.

Prior to joining LEAP, Jeff was the Director of Business Development at HONTEK CORPORATION. In this role, they were responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and developing long-term relationships with key clients.

Before HONTEK, Jeff worked as an account executive at Connecticut Business Systems. In this role, they managed a portfolio of accounts and grew revenue through the development of new business.

Jeff holds an MBA from Goizueta Business School. Jeff is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Jeff Hong earned their BS in Communication Sciences- Organizational Behavior from the University of Connecticut. Jeff then went on to get their M.B.A from Emory University - Goizueta Business School with a concentration in strategy and management. Afterwards, they participated in Kellogg Executive Education's Leading with Analytics-Powered Strategy program and received certification from Northwestern University 101. Additionally, they have two certifications from INSEAD in Business Strategy from the Accenture-INSEAD Online Strategy Certificate Programme.
