Peter Suma

Peter Suma currently serves as an Advisory Partner at LEAP Strategy Partners, aiding CEOs in overcoming leadership challenges. Previously, Peter was the Chairman, co-Founder, and co-CEO of Applied Brain Research from 2011 to 2023. From 2006 to 2011, Peter held multiple roles including CEO, President & COO, and Co-Founder at PharmaTrust Inc., focusing on innovative pharmaceutical distribution technology. Peter also worked as VP Investments at Growthworks Capital Inc., where the initial seed fund was launched, and was CEO & Founder of Start Seed Capital Inc. Earlier, Peter founded SRG Software, a consulting firm for major companies. Educationally, Peter holds multiple degrees including a Masters of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
