Abigail Guce-Merriam

Abigail Guce-Merriam is an experienced professional in biochemistry and structural biology, currently serving as Associate Director of CMC Downstream Development and Manufacturing at Leap Therapeutics since May 2023. Previously, Abigail held various roles at MilliporeSigma from May 2018 to May 2023, including Downstream Manager and Principal Scientist/DS Associate Manager, demonstrating expertise in downstream process development, protein purification, and analytics. Prior experience includes a position as R&D Downstream Scientist at Mass Biologics, a Research Scientist at Boston Biomedical, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at UMass Medical School, where significant contributions to cancer research and protein characterization were made.
