Sanjeev Rao

Sanjeev Rao is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in product management, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Leap Wallet since November 2021 and Founder of Hoist Video Testimonials since March 2021, Sanjeev also held the position of Product Manager at Article from August 2018 to January 2021, managing multiple product teams focused on enhancing the e-commerce customer journey. Prior experience includes a pivotal role as Director of Swiggy Pop, overseeing the launch and expansion of workplace meal services, as well as contributions in strategy, HR, marketing, and delivery operations during tenure at Swiggy. Sanjeev began the career at McKinsey & Company, initially as a Summer Associate and later as a Junior Associate, and completed internships at ITC Limited. Education includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
