Andie Mason, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the Head of People & Talent at Leap29 since March 2017, focusing on recruitment and development aligned with the company's growth plans and core values of Passion, Integrity, Respect, and Hard Work. Prior to this, Andie held a position in HR and Talent Acquisition at Chess Telecom from September 2006 to March 2017, where responsibilities included recruiting across multiple sites for various roles, particularly in IT and Telecom sectors. Andie holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from Stockport College, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
