Andrew Rothery

Andrew Rothery is the founder and a former executive chairman of leading Australian private equity firm Archer Capital, and a former chairman of the Australian Investment Council (formerly known as the Australian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association).

He serves as a non-executive director of boutique wealth management firm Koda Capital, and chairs MLC’s Private Equity Investment Committee. He is also on the board of Andreasens Green and is the chair of Cicada Innovations. Rothery is a pioneer of the Australian management buyout market.
