Pratik Shrestha

Pratik Shrestha has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Leapfrog Technology, Inc. since March 2012. Pratik's roles have included Director of Project Management and Principal Project Manager, focusing on end-to-end product development and project deliverable de-risking while contributing to a positive company culture through People Ops and Management initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Cameron University, where responsibilities involved assisting in course administration and grading for Management Information Systems, a Graduate/Research Assistant role, a Tax Associate position at Goodwill Industries of South Texas, Inc., and an Inventory Control Specialist Associate role at Walmart. Pratik holds an MBA from Cameron University and a B.B.A. in Management from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
