Rutger Kemper has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. ★Rutger began their career at Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking Division, where they conducted industry analysis and company research, maintained internal reports, and assisted with the preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials. In 2010, they moved to UFF Agri Asset Management as an Investment Analyst, identifying and analyzing investment opportunities in different agricultural related markets, monitoring current investments, and identifying and contacting institutional investors. In 2011, they joined Van Lanschot Bankiers as a Management Trainee, receiving extensive training on banking skills, personal development, and commercial skills. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Mercer Investments as a Consultant, leveraging Mercer's globally renowned strategic investment consulting and world-class investment manager research expertise to create and deliver innovative global investment solutions. During this time, they also co-founded Leapfunder. In 2015, they founded Kemfin Consultancy. In 2020, they became the General Manager Benelux of Presidents Institute, developing memberships that facilitate the highest standard of C-level networking for thousands of Executives across Europe. Most recently, in 2021, they became COO/Betriebsleiter at LeitzCloud.

Rutger Kemper obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2007. ★Rutger then completed a Master degree in Accountancy & Control from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2010. In 2008, they obtained a Master degree in Finance & Investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an MBA in Strategic Management from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. ★Rutger is currently pursuing a certification in Digital Marketing from Growth Tribe, which they are expected to obtain in 2022.
