Tienko Rasker has extensive work experience, beginning in 1998 as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting. In 2003, they moved to Kearney as a Manager. In 2008, they joined Philips as a Senior Director and Investment Manager for Corporate Venture Capital. In 2010, they became an M&A Deal Manager at Philips, and in 2011 they Co-Founded Splendor Amsterdam, a privately financed classical music concert hall and laboratory. Tienko Rasker was also the winner of the city's leading prize for the arts: Amsterdamprijs voor de Kunst. In 2012, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Leapfunder.
Tienko Rasker attended Barlaeusgymnasium, Amsterdam from 1985 to 1991. Tienko then completed a B.A. in Physics & Philosophy from the University of Oxford between 1993 and 1996. Tienko later earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management between 2001 and 2003.
