Alishia Salmon

Alishia Salmon currently serves in the role of HR Transformation Sales Enablement at Mercer, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Alishia was the Director of Marketing Operations at Leapgen until its acquisition by Mercer in March 2023. Alishia's earlier experience includes serving on the Executive Team at Oaks Church, holding the position of Director of Administration at FourPark Group, LLC, and working within the Digital HR Team at Hilton. Additionally, from August 2014 to December 2018, Alishia held the title of Field Marketing Events Leader at Primerica.
