Ana Dunkers

Ana Dunkers has diverse work experience in various industries. Ana currently works as a Program Management Consultant and provides HR strategy support at Leapgen. In this role, Ana is involved in the deployment of ServiceNow for Global HR Operations, which aims to enhance the employee experience and increase productivity in a multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation. Ana is responsible for developing project plans, managing system integrations, overseeing testing and knowledge management, and implementing change management processes. Ana joined Leapgen in 2021.

Prior to their current role, Ana spent a significant portion of their career at MetLife, where they worked as a Project Manager and Program Manager from 2004 to 2021. As the founder, they identified investment opportunities, developed renovation plans, managed contractors, and oversaw the entire renovation process, including permit and inspection processes, interior and exterior design, and staging. Ana successfully resold the properties for profit. Ana managed NJHOMEFLIPPER LLC from 2018 to 2020.

From 2014 to 2020, Ana also founded and managed Oasis Beauty Concepts LLC, a beauty and style business. Ana established and managed a successful hair salon and developed a strong social media and online presence. Unfortunately, the business had to close due to the pandemic in 2020. Ana then transitioned the business into an online apparel business using similar methods.

Ana's previous experience includes working at New York Life Insurance Company as a Project Lead and Senior Business Analyst from 2001 to 2004. Ana managed multiple large-scale projects in different phases of the lifecycle and developed detailed business and functional requirement documents.

At IBM Global Services, Ana worked as a Senior IT Specialist from 1998 to 2000. Ana acted as a liaison between clients and developers, translating user requirements and developing reporting database catalogs and business reports. Ana led a Y2K compliance project and created a Reporting Catalog using Cognos Impromptu.

Ana Dunkers attended Seton Hall University from 1992 to 1997, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Finance. In 2016, Ana obtained the NJ Real Estate Salesperson License from the State of NJ Department of Banking & Insurance. Ana also received a certification as a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International, although the month and year of obtaining this certification were not provided.
