Shraey Bhatia

Shraey Bhatia is a co-founder and chief scientist at Leaping AI, where efforts are focused on developing an AI-first call center with human oversight. With significant academic involvement, Shraey has served as a PhD candidate in natural language processing (NLP) and has been involved in AI consulting related to large language models at the University of Melbourne. As a founding NLP/machine learning engineer at Plaetos, Shraey specialized in fine-tuning and deploying large language models for various text-based applications. Prior experience includes research at IBM, where Shraey worked on deep learning approaches for automatic labeling of topic models. Shraey holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Natural Language Processing and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
