Harley Moore

Harley Moore is a retired Senior Principal and Founder of Lea+Elliott, Inc. since December 1978. Prior to their retirement in January 2015, Harley worked at the company for over 36 years. Harley holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
