Kamel Mokhtech

Kamel Mokhtech is an experienced professional with a significant background in project planning and development. Currently serving as an Associate Principal at Lea+Elliott, Inc. since October 2000, Kamel is involved in creating contract documents, technology assessment, system engineering, and overseeing system implementation and operations maintenance. Previous experience includes a role as Systems Engineering Manager at Bombardier Transit Systems from 1995 to 2000, with a focus on transit system safety oversight and incident investigation. Kamel holds a Baccalaureat Francais Serie C from Ecole des Peres Jesuites in Algeria and a Ph.D. in Electromagnetics from Université Laval.
