Jamie Byrne

Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager at Leapsome

Jamie Byrne has held a variety of roles in multiple industries since 2014. Jamie began their career at Logan Consulting as a Marketing Coordinator, followed by a Modular Development Intern at Walmart in 2015. In 2016, they joined Nestlé as a Retail Sales Representative for the Nestlé Sales Development Program. From 2017 to 2019, Jamie worked at Justworks in several roles, including Account Manager, Senior Sales Development Associate, and Diversity & Inclusion Lead - Partnerships. During this time, they also worked at Pursuit as a Program Manager. In 2019, Jamie joined the NYC Department of Small Business Services as a Program Manager, and in 2022, they became a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Leapsome.

Jamie Byrne attended DePaul University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a concentration in Sales Leadership and Category Management. In 2015, they also completed a study abroad program at Corvinus University of Budapest, focusing on studies in commerce, society and culture in Eastern Europe. In March 2017, Jamie obtained an Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from HRCI.
