Maura McCarthy

Maura Mc Carthy has had a varied and extensive career in communications and public relations. Maura began their career in 2012 as a Communications Trainee and Communications Assistant at RTL Group. In 2015, they became a Corporate Communications Graduate Intern at Penguin Random House. The following year, they were promoted to Corporate Communications Coordinator. In 2017, Maura joined ReputationInc as an Account Executive, and was promoted to Senior Account Executive and then Account Manager. In 2020, they moved to EMnify as a PR & Communications Manager and Senior Communications and Media Relations Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed PR & Communications Lead at Leapsome.

Maura Mc Carthy obtained their European Baccalaureate from the European School of Luxembourg between 1996 and 2008. Maura then attended The University of Edinburgh from 2008 to 2012, where they earned an MA (Hons) in English Literature and German. In 2010 and 2011, they participated in an Erasmus program at the Technische Universität Berlin, studying Kultur und Technik. Finally, they obtained their Master's Degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from New York University between 2014 and 2016.
