Philine Schmedt has extensive work experience in the customer care and customer success fields. From January 2020 to the present, they have been working at Leapsome, where they started as a Senior Customer Success Manager and then progressed to Associate Team Lead Customer Success, Team Lead Customer Success, and now holds the position of Senior Team Lead Customer Care. Prior to this, from October 2016 to December 2019, they worked at Google, starting as a Digital Marketing Consultant and eventually becoming an Account Manager at Google Marketing Platform.

Philine Schmedt completed their education with a variety of degrees and certifications. In 2018, they attended Harvard Law School and earned an Executive Degree in Negotiation & Leadership - PON. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, they pursued a M.Sc. and CEMS MiM in International Management at University College Dublin. In the same year, they also studied at Esade, specializing in International Management. Before their time at Esade, from 2010 to 2014, they attended The Berlin School of Economics and Law, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business. Philine also spent a year at Anglia Ruskin University in 2011 and 2012, where they earned another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in COPC® Best Practices for Customer Experience Operations CX Performance Leader from COPC Inc. in April 2023.
