Sheenal Mielke has diverse work experience, starting as an Intern at Words Alive in 2012 where they served as the Volunteer Banquet chairperson and provided general administrative support. Sheenal then worked as a Server at Hazumi Sushi Bar, where they excelled in providing exceptional food service and menu knowledge. Sheenal joined Trumpet Behavioral Health as a Behavioral Skills Therapist before transitioning to Chang & Associates Behavior Consulting, LLC as a Behavior Consultant. Sheenal also worked at Genentech as a Case Manager and at Nude Labs and Analytics as a Customer Relations and Sales Liaison, demonstrating their ability to handle customer concerns and provide valuable product insight. Sheenal has experience as a Behavioral Therapist at ABA & Verbal Behavior Group and as a Client Specialist at FASHIONPHILE, where their focus was on resolving client issues and achieving sales goals. Most recently, Sheenal joined Leapsome as a Customer Success Coach, where they deliver exceptional customer service, hosts educational webinars, and exceeds monthly KPIs related to customer response and satisfaction rates.

Sheenal Mielke attended UC San Diego from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Development. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at the University of California, San Diego.
