Gabriela Prado

Gabriela Prado is a seasoned professional in customer success and adoption, currently serving as a Senior Adoption Customer Success Coach at Culture Amp since October 2021. In this role, Gabriela focuses on enhancing product adoption for global SMB customers through high-impact consultations and collaborative workshops. Previously, as a Senior Customer Success Manager at unitQ, Gabriela established onboarding and success programs as the first hire in the Customer Success department. Gabriela's extensive background includes key roles at Certain as an Implementation Manager, where solutions were designed for enterprise clients, and as a Technical Trainer, mastering SaaS event automation platforms, along with early career positions at Demandforce, Microsoft, and Apple. Gabriela holds an Associate of Arts in Psychology from College of San Mateo and has pursued further education at San Francisco State University and the Academy of Art University.
