Sophie O'Donoghue has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2022. Sophie started their career as a Sales Assistant at Superdry in 2013. In 2015, they took on the role of an Au Pair at Au Pairs. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at HR Champions Ltd, first as a Client Relationship Manager, then as a Training and Development Coordinator - Team Leader and finally as a Training Coordinator. In 2021, they took on the role of an E-Commerce Customer Service Agent at THE UNION PROJECT. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Customer Success Associate and a Customer Success Associate at Leapsome.

Sophie O'Donoghue is currently completing an MSc in International Business at the University of Gloucestershire. Prior to this, they attended Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a (Bsc) Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitaion and Massage degree. Before that, they attended High School for Girls Gloucester, where they obtained A-Levels in French, Biology & P.E and AS Level Chemistry. Additionally, Sophie has obtained four certifications, including a CMI Level 7 Leadership & Management from the Chartered Management Institute in 2022, a Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management from ILM in 2018, a Certificate in Leadership & Team Skills from ILM in 2017, and a Level 3 Mental Health First Aid from Nuco Training Ltd in 2020.
