Dinah DeSeve has extensive experience in customer support and administrative roles, currently serving as Customer Support Manager at Leap since January 2019, where Dinah previously held the position of Lead Customer Support Specialist. Prior to this, Dinah worked at GSA Schedules Inc. from December 2012 to December 2017 as an Administrative and Marketing Assistant. Dinah holds an Associate of Science degree in Business from Anne Arundel Community College and has furthered education at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
