Kaynat Arif M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kaynat began their career as an Americorps Volunteer at the Asian American Center of Frederick in 2015. From there, they worked as a Legislative Intern and later a Legislative Aide at the Maryland House of Delegates. In 2016, Kaynat joined McCabe, Weisberg & Conway LLC as a Legal Assistant. Kaynat then transitioned to S&S Accounting and Tax Services, where they served as an Executive Assistant from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Leap as a Customer Relations Coordinator and progressed to roles with increasing responsibility, including Customer Onboarding Manager, Sr Customer Onboarding and Professional Services Manager, and most recently as Director of Customer Onboarding. Kaynat's work experience showcases their adaptability, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to excel in customer-centric roles.

Kaynat Arif M.S. earned a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, Kaynat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science - Public Administration and Public Policy, also from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Kaynat's education history began at Frederick Community College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associate's degree in Government and Politics and General Studies.
