Mia Yoo Staunstrup

Mia Yoo Staunstrup is a seasoned professional in human resources and administrative support, currently serving as the Manager of People Shared Services for EMEA & US at Leapwork since November 2021. In this role, Mia functions as an HR Business Partner to the CFO, focusing on people operations, analytics, and legal matters. Previous experience includes positions such as HR Legal Specialist and Project Coordinator at Ramboll Management Consulting, Personal Assistant to the Partner CEO at NREP, and Executive Assistant at Boston Consulting Group. Mia holds a Master's Degree in Business, Language and Culture with a focus on Leadership and Management Studies from Copenhagen Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business, Language and Culture from the same institution. Additional qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from ESCE International Business School in International Corporate Development and Business Communication.
