Mike Alksninis

Mike Alksninis currently serves as Vice President of Global Customer Success at Leapwork, where responsibilities include leading global post-sales efforts and contributing to the executive team. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Customer Success at Harness, focusing on enterprise customer success across North America and EMEA, and Director of Customer Success at MuleSoft. At Lattice Engines, Mike held the position of Sr. Director of Customer Success and Account Executive, partnering with customer executives to enhance growth through data-driven solutions. Additionally, Mike worked as Sr. Sales Engineer at Digital Lumens, leading technical sales and adoption of IoT and LED systems. Mike began a distinguished career as a Captain in the US Army after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
