Justin S.

Justin S. began their career at Microsoft in 1996, where they held the roles of Telecom Operations Engineer, Service Manager, and Business Manager of Collaboration Services. In 2012, they moved to Unify Square Inc. as Sales Director, UC Transformation. After three years, they joined Sonus as Director of North American Channels. In 2016, Justin S. became the Vice President of Sales & Market Development at Modality Systems. Justin then moved to AudioCodes in 2019, where they held the role of Vice President of Marketing & Business Development. In 2021, Justin S. co-founded Ixiom Solutions and is currently the Vice President of Business Development & Alliance at LeapXpert.

Justin S. obtained their Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Washington State University in 2015, with a focus in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General. Justin also obtained a BA from Washington State University in 2008, with a focus in Business, Managment Information Systems. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Microsoft, Project Management Institute, and Cisco. These include a Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist (2020), Project Management Professional (PMP) (2011), MCP (2006), and Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA) (2003).
