Isabel Puñet Blanco

Isabel Puñet Blanco is an HR professional with over 25 years of experience in multinational companies across various sectors. They have held significant roles, including HR Manager at Benteler Automotive, Port de Tarragona, Lear Corporation, and Maersk Logistics, where they developed HR strategies, managed employee engagement processes, and led teams. Currently, Isabel is the HR GBS Europe & Africa Leader, overseeing HR shared services across 20 countries. They are also pursuing a licentiate degree in Law at Universitat Rovira i Virgili, building on their Master’s in Human Resources from EADA Business School.
