Jami Wisniski

Jami Wisniski is an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Lear Corporation since April 2021, Jami has previously held similar managerial roles at Dana Incorporated, Tower International, and in multiple capacities at Magna International, including Engineering and Maintenance Manager. Jami's expertise includes overseeing brownfield plant startups, managing engineering teams, and leading product launches at organizations like Big Tex Trailers and MIDWAY PRODUCTS GROUP, INC. Jami holds a Bachelor of Science in Welding Engineering from Ferris State University and an MBA from Capella University, complemented by additional graduate studies at Capella University.
