Manuela Grozdanova has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having worked in various roles from operator to management. At Dooel Mesarnica Tri lava Grozdanovi, Manuela served as Team Manager from January 2004 to January 2013. In subsequent positions at DRÄXLMAIER Group from August 2022 to April 2023, roles included Production Foreman for both G Klasse (Mercedes) and conventional modules for G6 and G7 (BMW), Production Team Leader, and Production Foreman for C Klasse Module Assembly. Currently, Manuela holds the position of Production Area Manager for Final Assembly at Kromberg & Schubert, where responsibilities encompass overseeing Final Assembly processes for BMW. From June 2025, Manuela will step into the role of Senior Shift Supervisor at Lear Corporation, confirming a continued trajectory of leadership in production management.
