Martin DEISSARD

Martin Deissard is a Senior Engineering Program Manager at Lear Corporation, focusing on the development of seating solutions for future vehicles. They previously served as a Senior Product Engineer, where they led the development of seats for the Land Rover Defender and collaborated closely with Jaguar Land Rover to understand client needs. Martin began their career in the military as an Aspirant, later transitioning to roles in engineering and consultancy at various companies, including Giat Industries and the Armée de Terre. They hold a DEA in Mechanics from Université de Poitiers and are passionate about sustainable resource usage in transportation and energy.
