Octavio De la Rosa Villafranca is an experienced leader in human resources and operations with a strong background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Mexico and Central America at Lear Corporation since January 2012, Octavio has previously held roles as Vice President of Operations JIT Mexico and Operations Director JIT Mexico, managing substantial budgets and overseeing multiple plants. A former Senior Operations Manager at Visteon, Octavio contributed to injection molding and assembly operations, leading teams to achieve significant awards including the Shingo Prize. Octavio began the career as an Industrial Engineer with APM IMSA Group, focusing on project engineering and operational excellence.
