Wahid Boussaadia

Wahid Boussaadia is a seasoned professional in manufacturing engineering with extensive experience in project management and industrialization across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Lear Corporation, Wahid Boussaadia is involved in plant launch and implementation as well as leading industrialization efforts for major automotive projects with clients such as Stellantis, Toyota, Daimler, and BMW. Prior to this role, Wahid Boussaadia held significant positions at Watts Water Technologies as Industrial Engineering Manager, Valeo as Project Launch Manager, and ARDIA as NPI Manager, among others. With a strong background in process optimization, KPI analysis, and cross-functional team leadership, Wahid Boussaadia holds a Diplôme National d’ingénieur in Mechanical and Structural Engineering from Tunisia Polytechnic School.
