Brittany Bradley

Brittany Bradley currently serves as the VP of HR Field Operations and Compliance at LEARN Behavioral since January 2024. Prior to this role, Brittany held various positions at 2U from July 2017 to January 2024, including Senior Director and Director of HR, where responsibilities included leading global HR initiatives in collaboration with senior executives. At Howard University, Brittany managed the employer relations program and coordinated career events while serving as Employer Relations Manager. Experience also includes HR Manager at Radio One, overseeing recruitment for a large media company, and AVP of Human Resources at G4S Compliance and Investigations, providing leadership across multiple HR functions.
