Kara Downing

Kara Downing, M.S., BCBA, LABA, currently serves as the Assistant Clinical Director at LEARN Behavioral, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kara worked as a Managing Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Behavioral Concepts from November 2019 to May 2023, and as an ABA teacher at Hopeful Journeys Educational Center from June 2019 to November 2019. Kara's experience includes positions as a Behavior Technician at Aspire Learning Center, a Teaching Assistant at Metta Montessori School, and various roles in administrative support and education. Kara holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Bay Path University and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Arcadia University, with additional international study in Politics and International Relations.
