Naomi Kelly

Naomi Kelly, MS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Practice Operations at LEARN Behavioral since 2013. In this role, Naomi has been instrumental in enhancing Revenue Cycle Management and clinical operations, leading an 11-member Central Operations Department and establishing key performance indicators in collaboration with Executive Leadership. Previous roles at LEARN include Director of Practice Operations, Operations Manager, and Operations Coordinator, where Naomi was pivotal in implementing system-wide improvements and fostering efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Autism Spectrum Therapies and various operational roles at CC-OPS and Central Communications Call Center. Naomi holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
