Lauren Schober

Lauren Schober is an experienced educator with a strong background in elementary education, currently serving as a 4th grade teacher in Reading and Science at LEARN Charter School Network since July 2014. Previously, Lauren was a lead 4th grade teacher at District 187, where responsibilities included maintaining lesson plans and fostering a learning environment aligned with Common Core standards. Additional experience includes serving as an instructional aid and as a kindergarten assistant teacher at St. Marys of Lake Forest, IL, and as a substitute teacher at St. Thecla Elementary School. Lauren also contributed to student development as a basketball coach for 7th and 8th grade girls, where a basketball program was created to enhance skills and teamwork. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Bucknell University, earned in 2009.
