Shengguang Bai

Shengguang Bai has a long history of work experience. In 2016, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Beijing Zhongcaibao Pay Technology Company, where they built a risk evaluation model for a third-party payment system to evaluate transactions using Java. In 2017, they were a Learning Assistant at Penn State University. In 2018, they were an NLP Algorithm Engineer Intern at Squirrel Hill Technology, where they founded a summarization system for company credit reports using PyLTP and TensorFlow in Python. In 2019, they were a Machine Learning Engineer Intern at Learnable, Inc., where they improved typewritten OCR deep learning model which can take photo images and outputs transcription in LaTex. Finally, in 2020, they became a Machine Learning Engineer at Learnable, Inc.

Shengguang Bai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University between 2014 and 2018. Shengguang then went on to earn a Master of Engineering - MEng in Computer Science from Cornell University between 2018 and 2019.
