Cristina Mendonca, MBA

Cristina Mendonca, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cristina co-founded and served as Head of Talent Solutions at Learnexus, where they led the launch of a digital talent marketplace, built and managed the talent acquisition team, and collaborated with the product development team to enhance the platform. As Senior Vice President of Consultant Services at Clarity Consultants, Cristina developed and implemented strategies for recruiting, human resources, and legal functions. At Kaiser Permanente, they worked as a Business Analyst, identifying call trends and suggesting operational improvements. Prior to that, they were a Technical Marketing Manager at Oblix, Inc., creating software demos for sales and marketing teams. Cristina also worked as a Sales Engineer at Portal Software, eventually being promoted from a QA Engineer role.
