Instructional Designer - eLearning Developer at Learnexus

Stephanie Bowing, M.Ed. has a diverse work experience in instructional design and curriculum development. π‘Ίπ’•π’†π’‘π’‰π’‚π’π’Šπ’† started their career as an Educator/Curriculum Designer at Richland School District 2 in 2004 and worked there until 2021. In 2022, they joined Learning Strategy and Design as an E-learning Developer. π‘Ίπ’•π’†π’‘π’‰π’‚π’π’Šπ’† then moved on to Actio Learning as an Instructional Designer/Developer, where they collaborated with various professionals to develop eLearning modules. Stephanie also volunteered as an Instructional Designer at Give Kids The World Village. Currently, they are working at MXT Consulting as an Instructional Designer and at Learnexus as an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer, specializing in creating engaging content to meet businesses' learning goals.

Stephanie Bowling holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from Presbyterian College. π‘Ίπ’•π’†π’‘π’‰π’‚π’π’Šπ’† then pursued higher education and obtained their Master of Education (MEd) degree in Divergent Learning from Columbia College (SC). Stephanie further enhanced their skills and knowledge in instructional design by attending the Applied Instructional Design Academy, where they completed a Professional Development program in 2022. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including Articulate Storyline and eLearning Development from the Learning Strategy and Design institution. π‘Ίπ’•π’†π’‘π’‰π’‚π’π’Šπ’† also holds the distinction of being National Board Certified in 2016, recognized by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.
