Lead Impact Program Manager at Learning Ally

Julie Egan has extensive experience in educational support and program management, currently serving as the Lead Impact Program Manager and previously as a School Success Coach at Learning Ally since August 2011. In these roles, Julie partners with district and school leaders to implement Learning Ally solutions aimed at fostering engaged and independent learning among striving readers. Julie's experience also includes leading the Member Success team as Operations Manager, driving member engagement and satisfaction, along with managing a team of specialists. Prior to Learning Ally, Julie held various positions at Bright Horizons, including Assistant Director and Lead Preschool Teacher. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from William Paterson University and an Associate of Arts from Mercer County Community College.
