Erica J.

Erica J. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health and safety management, strategic initiatives, and program management. Currently serving as the Health and Safety Manager and Culture Champion at Learning Care Group since November 2016, Erica also held the role of Strategic Initiatives/Program Manager. Prior to this, from May 2014 to August 2023, Erica was the Executive Director of Strategic Pathway Consulting LLC, a volunteer-consulting company. Earlier in the career, Erica worked as a Senior Account Representative at Broadstreet Valuations and as a Cardiac Coordinator/Physician Liaison at Botsford General Hospital. Erica holds a Master of Science in Teaching and Professional Education from Colorado State University Global, a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Human Biology from Eastern Michigan University, a National Certified EMT credential from the Life Support Training Institute, and an Associate of Science in Nursing Education from Wayne County Community College District.
