John Bork

John Bork serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Learning Care Group since July 2024. Prior to this role, Bork was the President of PetSmart Veterinary Services from October 2021 to July 2024. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of WellHaven PetHealth from January 2017 to October 2021, Bork established a practice focused on supporting veterinary teams and enhancing pet care. Bork's extensive experience at Banfield Pet Hospital from January 2000 to January 2017 included roles such as Vice President of Hospital Operations, Division Vice President, Regional Vice President, Director of Operations, and Senior Field Director, overseeing significant financial responsibilities and operational growth across hundreds of hospitals. Bork holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Minnesota.
