Mary Itani

Mary Itani is a seasoned professional in organizational development with extensive experience in various roles at Learning Care Group since August 2019, including Director of Organizational Development and Manager of Talent Management. Prior to this, Mary held the position of Talent & Organizational Development Specialist at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, where contributions included designing performance management tools and developing multiple learning programs. Earlier career roles included positions at CL Finlan Insurance, Marsh & McLennan Companies, and Insurance One Agency, Inc. Mary holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Communication & Culture Studies with a concentration in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
