Naomi Opaleye is an experienced leader in organizational development and learning with a strong background in education and program evaluation. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Tides since September 2023, Naomi previously held multiple roles at the KIPP Foundation from November 2013 to July 2023, including Director of Learning & Improvement and Senior Manager of Knowledge & Impact. Key responsibilities included managing organizational learning cycles, developing data systems to monitor program performance, and facilitating diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for executive leaders. Additional roles include Manager of Special Projects, where Naomi focused on evaluating leadership programs, and a Special Projects Assistant with a proven track record in event logistics and communication. Prior experience includes positions at Susan G. Komen and YWCA of Houston, alongside a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Modern Languages & Linguistics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
