Joseph Herrera

Joseph "Joey" Herrera is an Associate Data Scientist at Learning Collider since September 2023, previously serving as a Research Associate at the Public Policy Institute of California from September 2021 to September 2023 and as a Research Assistant at WestEd for a brief period in 2021. Joey's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Experience includes data extraction and aggregation, policy proposal development, and community outreach, demonstrating strong research and analytical skills across various roles, including a Graduate Student Fellow at the Center for the Study of Race and Democracy and a Constituent Liaison for Assemblymember Brian Barnwell.
