Donna Briggs

Donna Briggs has a wealth of experience in the field of government-funded training, leadership, coaching, and quality management. Donna has held various roles throughout their career, including Head of Happy People & Development at Learning Curve Group since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of HR at MPCT (The Military Preparation College) for 18 years, where they gained substantial experience in delivering training and managing vocational areas across multiple training centers. Additionally, Donna was the General Manager at Cardiff Chamber of Commerce (Training Division) from 1998 to 2004, where they oversaw a 5 million pound government-funded training contract and managed staff and vocational routes in work-based learning in South Wales.

Donna Briggs has pursued professional development through various programs and institutes over the years. From 2008 to 2010, they attended THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT (CIPD) and completed a Professional Development Scheme. During the same period, they also studied the Art of Leadership at the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and SafeGuarding & Safer Recruitment at LSIS. In 2008 and 2009, they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Learning to Inspire. Donna also holds an NLP Diploma from Learning to Inspire and has completed courses in Coaching and Mentoring at the Institute of Leadership and Management. Donna'smost recent educational pursuit was in 2018, where they became a Facet 5 Facilitator at Facet 5 Global, specializing in Personality Profiling.
