Victoria started their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Randstad, specializing in childcare recruitment. Victoria H. studied Sociology and Criminology at Sunderland University from 2001 to 2004. Victoria then pursued a Diploma in Counselling at NCFE in 2023. In 2013-2014, they undertook a Diploma in Professional Development at Coventry University. Prior to that, Victoria acquired a Diploma in Strategic Management (L5) from City of Sunderland College in 2011-2012, and a Leadership & Management Level 3 qualification from EDI in 2010-2011. At St Anthony's RC School in Sunderland, they completed A 'levels in Sociology, Business Studies, History, and General Studies, as well as GCSE's including Maths and English.
