Jennifer Bland is a Senior Researcher at the Learning Policy Institute, contributing expertise since August 2022. Previously, Jennifer was self-employed as an education policy researcher and consultant from October 2014 to August 2022, collaborating with various stakeholders to identify research questions and analyze data. Prior experience includes a role as a researcher at SRI International, where Jennifer was involved in designing and managing studies, and as a research analyst at Stanford University, executing tasks across various research capacities. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership Studies, both from Stanford University.

The Learning Policy Institute has offices in Palo Alto, California, and in Washington, D.C. Its staff includes researchers, educators, policy experts, and communicators committed to ensuring that all children have access to a high-quality education that fully prepares them for the new challenges of our fast-changing, knowledge-based society.
