Tiffany Tan is a Research and Policy Associate at the Learning Policy Institute since June 2023 and previously served as a Research and Policy Intern there. Additionally, Tiffany has held the role of Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida since August 2021, where Tiffany was also the Instructor of Record for the course Introduction to Education Policy in Spring 2023. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Intern at Orange County Public Schools from January to May 2021 and as a School Assistant at Riverdale Elementary School from September 2019 to March 2020. Tiffany is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Florida, anticipating completion in 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development and Education from the University of Central Florida, along with a minor in Exceptional Student Education. Proficient in STATA, R, and SPSS, Tiffany possesses strong analytical skills relevant to the field of education policy.
