Meena Jamfava (Gadhvi) has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Meena began their career as a Database Executive, Literature Manager, and Administrator at Direct Business Intelligence Ltd from 1998 to 2004, where they were responsible for checking data quality, designing applications, and analyzing data.

Meena then joined the College of North East London as an Enrolment Officer, where they provided customer service care and managed student enrolment on the database from 2004 to 2005.

After that, Meena worked at Barclays Bank, starting as a Financial Services Team Administrator from 2006 to 2008, where they liaised with solicitors and provided account information for inheritance tax purposes. Meena then became a Debt Recovery Manager's Assistant from 2008 to 2013, handling new case loading for debt recovery, answering customer queries, and obtaining documents from the land registry.

Currently, Meena is an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and CRM Lead at Learning Possibilities Limited since 2013.

Meena Jamfava (Gadhvi) has a diverse education history. In 1996-1997, they attended Hesta in London, where they completed NVQ Level 1 and 2 in IT. Prior to that, from 1995-1996, they studied Accountancy Course at Mahila Collage. Meena also attended G S Mehta from 1993-1995, where they pursued A Level studies. In 1992-1993, they completed their GCSEs at G S Mehta as well.

In addition to their formal education, Meena has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they received certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including Customer Service and Advanced Techniques, from LinkedIn. Meena also completed training courses in Learning Office 365, Microsoft 365 Essential Training, Team Collaboration in Office 365, and Configure and Manage SharePoint Online from LinkedIn in the same year.
